Anyway the next thing they are going to introduce is KITT cave. It will include technical experts who will help Traceur in mission control. Besides this Paul Campbell will play head technical engineer, Billy Morgon. Over all, there will be a lot of romance and action in the upcoming season. In the new series, Michael Traceur will be in Iraq and series will explore what happens to him in Iraq. So the location has changed and it will definitely add something interesting to the show. I surfed on internet to search more about the new season and on the maximum sites I found the positive reviews for the trailers of ‘Knight Rider’. The bottom line is ‘Knight Rider’ is my favorite show and I am standing with open arms to welcome the show. Moreover I won’t tolerate its criticism. Just kidding!

In Nepal, it was telecasted in the mid/late-eighties through the first ever TV channel of Nepal – Nepal Television NTV. In the Middle East the show can be seen on TV Land. In Malaysia, the show was aired during TV3 prime time slot back in 1986.

In September 2007, Glen A. Larson appeared in a personal video for Knightcon 07 in the UK. This marked Larson’s first public video appearance in which he addressed the fans directly and presented visual confirmation of a script for a proposed Knight Rider motion picture. Since this initial appearance, plans have been underway at The Weinstein Company to bring Knight Rider to the big screen as an updated take on the original series pilot, “Knight of the Phoenix”. Larson’s motion picture plans have no connection to the recent production by NBC.

With the popularity of Knight Rider: The Game, Davilex also released a sequel in late 2004. The game improved the overall structure of the game, but didn’t follow the original series much as KITT has weapons and he uses them to fight robots.

I still remember the day when news came out that NBC had decided to reformat the show so that they could make it closer to the storyline of its predecessor. It means that they already had some intentions of what might happen and it ultimately made them to cut down the show…. Ahh! It’s really very devastating news.
